Social Media Ambassador Program
In an effort to grow engagement on Polsky’s social media pages, I launched several internal initiatives to encourage staff and faculty to share Polsky content on their personal social media pages.
Tactics include:
Polsky Social Media Digest - a monthly newsletter sent the first working day of every month. In the newsletter I highlight a team member who has gone above and beyond the past month in promoting content, share our monthly growth on various social accounts, and share social media graphics of upcoming events in the coming month that I ask the team to share.

Social Media Summary - an email I send to all Polsky staff/faculty every Tuesday and Thursday. I include 3 posts promoting Polsky content that team members can simply copy/paste into their personal social media pages, as well at 4 existing posts on various platforms that they can interact with. The goal is to make it as simple as possible for the team to engage with our brand on social.
